This article provides the list of Customer Product Hubs and explains how you can request access to these.

The following Product Hubs are available to customers to get the latest updates from Aurea.
- Aurea Customer Hub (available to all Aurea customers regardless of product)
- Customers - Jive Hub (Jive customers only)
- Customers - AlertFind Hub (AlertFind customers only)
- Customers - Artemis from Aurea Planning Solutions Hub (Artemis customers only)
- Customers - Campaign Manager Hub (ACM customers only)
- Customers - CRM Hub (Customer Relationship Management customers only)
- Customers - CXP Hub (Customer Experience Platforms customers only)
- Customers - Energy Solutions Hub (AES customers only)
- Customers - Insurance Solutions Hub (AIS customers only)
- Customers - Life Sciences Solutions Hub (ALSS customers only)
- Customers - List Manager Hub (ALM customers only)
- Customers - Messaging Solutions Hub (Email Archival, Email Security or Email Continuity customers only)
- Customers - Retail Solutions Hub (ARS customers only)
Process
Fill out (edit) the Customer Product Hub Access Request Form and click on Publish.
Aurea will respond to you within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (Pacific Time). The current POC will confirm with you on 2019 - AureaWorks Customer Hub Access Request project that you have access.
As we have mentioned, access to Aureaworks community is required to access the request form. To be a registered user, simply click on the Register button on the upper right corner of the page.
