Overview
You want to run queries against analytics to determine when someone has looked at a piece of content at any given point.
- You want access to DES so you can run such queries
- You want to be able to run such queries via the User Interface, similar to Community Manager reports.
Information
Due to the migration of Hosted customers to AWS, Hosted and On-Premise customers that are using Cloud Analytics cannot access raw analytics data through DES.
The alternative way to access this data is via API. For more information, please refer to the article Using the V2 Jive Data Export Service (Analytics). Please use the endpoint for the Hosted or on-prem instance: https://api-aws.jivesoftware.com/ as explained in the above article.
