You're unable to add slides to a hero carousel tile in your community. The Create slide button is grayed out or can't be clicked on after you fill in the slide information.

This article describes the information that you can provide to Jive Support in order to expedite the resolution of this issue.

• If the hero carousel tile is already present on a page, please provide the address of that page.
• HAR file while recreating the issue.
