Overview
When uploading files to or retrieving files from spaces with Google Drive external storage in Jive Cloud, you may see the below errors:

In Existing Places:
There was a problem connecting to the external storage provider due to authorization issues. Please contact your community administrator.

In Newly Created Places:
This operation is not supported by the storage provider used in this place.
Information
This is because of a known issue that was fixed in Release 3006.8. The solution is to upgrade to the latest version of Jive. You can contact us regarding this if required.
