Overview
After an upgrade, the ETL jobs in the admin console display the status "Interrupted":

Prerequisites
Jive Hosted/On-Premise.
Information
One of the tasks that can be triggered after an upgrade is the data re-summarization task, which re-processes all the data stored in the analytics database.
While this task is running, any ETL jobs that run will be dedicated to completing it and will display the Interrupted status if the task didn't complete by the end of their runtime. This is the expected behavior for the first 2-3 days after a re-summarization task is triggered for a large amount of analytics data.
If the ETL jobs continue to display the Interrupted status for more than 3 days since the upgrade date, please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can attach the web server logs (located at: /usr/local/jive/var/logs) in order to begin an investigation into the cause of this issue.
