Overview
This article describes the new API endpoints and the new way of downloading analytics data if necessary.
The article applies to Cloud and Hosted customers, and also to On-Premise customers that are using Cloud Analytics.
Diagnosis
The old DES Explorer stopped working after the move to AWS and it is now deprecated (please refer to the announcement).
If you were relying on it for extracting your analytics data, you need to move to another solution.
Solution
If you are an AWS Cloud customer, you can use the new Cloud Analytics Export (Profile Icon > Analytics Export):
This will bring you to an easy to use interface that will allow you to query, preview, and download analytics data:
For both AWS Cloud and Hosted you can use the DES v2 (Api only - no User Interface).
The same interface is also available for On-Premise customers that opted for Cloud Analytics.
Endpoints are available at these URLs:

- EU Customers: https://api-eu-aws-cloud.jivesoftware.com
Documentation is available and usage examples are available in the official documentation on AureaWorks.
