Jive customers can connect their directory server to their community. However, Jive Support Team does not assist all types of directory servers. This article provides a list of LDAP directory servers that are assisted for the issues that might occur following the configuration process.

Jive regularly tests LDAP integration with the following providers:

• OpenLDAP
• Microsoft Active Directory
• OpenDS
• Sun ONE

Troubleshooting assistance for other LDAP integrations may require engagement with Jive Professional Services.
