Overview

There may be a situation where you would want to sync the user relationships such as the Manager attribute to do tasks such as automatically generating the organization chart or mapping the user profiles with their managers in Jive.

Information

Jive doesn't support syncing of user relationships through Single Sign-on systems. This is true irrespective of the SSO platform you are using such as Azure Active Directory SSO.

You can however set up LDAP sync to enable automatic sync of user relationships with one of the supported directory servers as below:

• OpenLDAP
• Microsoft Active Directory (Not Azure Active Directory)
• OpenDS
• Sun ONE
