Custom Quest Not Getting Marked as Completed

Environment 

  • Jive Interactive Intranet.
  • Jive Core.

Resolution

  1. Request permission to delete and recreate the custom Quest.
  2. Save the Quest details.
  3. Delete the failing Quest.
  4. Recreate it and test it.

Confirmation

Ask the customer to test the custom Quest and confirm it gets marked as completed.
