Allowed URL Schemes Setting Is Not Being Saved

When trying to configure the Allowed URL Scheme settings in the Admin Console, you notice that the changes are not being saved.

In this case, even updating the system property globalRenderManager.HTMLFilter.allowedScehemesString doesn't save the changes.

Solution

This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.8 with the issue key JVCLD-119708 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.

 

Testing

After the upgrade, the Allowed URL Scheme settings should be saved successfully with any changes that you make.
