Overview

Users are receiving daily digest emails where the view and comment counts are zero for all content. There are more than zero views and/or comments on those content items in Jive.

Information

This behavior is related to a bug present in Jive Hosted/On-Premise 9.0.4. Due to this issue, the view counters get overwritten by 0s. This was resolved in version 9.0.7.1. Internal issue ID is JVHOPST-6040. Please see release notes on Worx. The best course of action would be to upgrade your Jive instance to the latest version.
