Overview

You are on Hosted or On-Premise Instance. Some users are not getting any emails from some Spaces or Groups.

• The same user gets emails from other Spaces.
• The issue is random or intermittent and is not always reproducible
• A Browse Index Rebuild has not helped.

This is a known issue (Internal issue key: JVHOPST-50810). It was fixed in Jive HOP version 9.9. See release notes on Worx. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version of Jive to fix this issue.
