Overview

You notice that while accessing the Community Analytics page (Avatar Menu > Community Analytics), you see Jive's out-of-the-box (OOTB) menu links instead of the links configured through the Mega Menu add-on. This cannot be replicated on other pages of the Jive community.

Information

This is a known issue that was resolved in Jive Cloud 3006.3 with issue key JVCLD-60384 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
