Overview
You notice that the caption options still appear when using Internet Explorer 11 to create or edit videos even after disabling the caption options in Admin Console. Additionally, disabling both caption and transcription options would cause the Publish and Cancel buttons to not work on the video creation/edit screen.

This is a known issue that was resolved in Jive Cloud Version 3006.9 with issue key JVCLD-143662. While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
