You have added static images into Jive content such as a Blog Post or a Jive Document. These images are not displayed in Email Notifications

• • Added by linking a public image or an image uploaded as a static resource.
  • This is not related to embedded images.

Information

This is a known issue (Issue Key: JVCLD-44710) that was fixed in Jive Cloud release 3006.2.1. 

While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
