Overview
You shared a video with three specific users, and two different places.
- In Impact Metrics, the Share count is only 3 instead of the expected 5.
- Impact Metrics is not counting Shares made to places.
Information
Videos shared to places are not counted towards the impact metrics. This is by design.
A feature request has been submitted (JIVESPECS-1473) requesting that Shares made to places be counted and shown in the impact metrics. Feature requests are subject to approval, and there is no guarantee that they will be actually included in a specific future release.
