You want to restart your Jive Cloud instance. Or you want to schedule a restart.

As a Jive Cloud customer, you are unable to restart the instance yourself, even if you are able to access the Jive Cloud Admin (JCA).
To request a restart, please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can provide the below information:
- What time window do you want the restart to happen in? (Start and End time and date)
- Time Zone for the above time window
- Whether you want a rolling restart (one node at a time) or a full restart (all nodes at once).
A rolling restart will always keep your site available to your users while each node is restarted individually.
A full restart will result in your Jive community being inaccessible while the restart is executing. Your users will only see a maintenance page during this time. It is recommended to always perform a rolling restart, except in emergency situations.
