Overview
After upgrading your Jive instance to a new version, users are experiencing performance issues or time-outs when they try to access pages in your community.
This article describes the information you can provide to expedite the resolution of this issue.
Information
Please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can attach the below information:

Web servers:
- SBS Log files (located in /usr/local/jive/var/logs): These will appear as the instance name with a .log or .out extension. There may be several sbs.log files.
- The output of: jive snap -c 5 -i 5 > threaddump.txt
- A HAR file that was captured while reproducing the issue.
