The events for a particular quest are not showing as completed despite the users completing the tasks associated with those events.
This article describes the information that can be provided to ensure this issue is resolved as quickly as possible.
In order to expedite the resolution of this issue, please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can provide the below information:
- The name of the quest.
- The usernames or email addresses of some of the users who are experiencing this issue.
- The details of any changes that were made to the quest events after they were created.
- If you approve, please provide permission to the support agent to create a test user to attempt to replicate the issue.
