Users have noticed that after they complete an activity to get a Gamification Badge, the Badge doesn't appear on their profile, or takes a significant amount of time to appear.
This article describes the information that can be provided to the Jive Support Team to ensure that an investigation into this type of issue proceeds as quickly as possible.
- The username of the user who completed the activity.
- Screenshots of the actions performed by the user to award the badge.
- The corresponding challenge in the Bunchball portal.
- SBS logs (typically located in the /usr/local/jive/var/logs folder) from the Jive web servers that cover the time when the activity was completed, and the time when the badge was awarded.
