Overview
You are experiencing an issue with the Search functionality on your Jive system where searching not giving any results and instead showing errors. When trying to perform a rebuild of the index, you are seeing an An error occurred during

Solution
The issue with the search functionality in the hosted Jive system can be resolved by changing the Search Service Configuration
from On Premise Search Service
to Cloud Search Service
and performing a Rolling Restart of your Jive instance. Here are the steps to resolve the issue:
- In the Jive system, navigate to the
Search Service Configuration
settings. - Change the Search Service from
On Premise Search Service
toCloud Search Service
. - Perform a rolling restart of the system. This may cause some disruptions to users during the process.
- After the restart, reattempt the Content Reindex as well.
