Search Service Configuration from
On Premise Search Service to
Cloud Search Service and performing a Rolling Restart of your Jive instance. Here are the steps to resolve the issue:
- In the Jive system, navigate to the
Search Service Configurationsettings.
- Change the Search Service from
On Premise Search Serviceto
Cloud Search Service.
- Perform a rolling restart of the system. This may cause some disruptions to users during the process.
- After the restart, reattempt the Content Reindex as well.
