Overview

You notice that clicking on Send vCard under the Create via email option in the Actions menu in a Group doesn't work. Additionally, the web browser console displays an Uncaught ReferenceError error.

Steps to replicate

• Log in to the Jive community and open the affected Group.
• Click on the Actions > Create via email option.
• Select any Content type (Example, Document) and click on the Send vCard option.

Solution

This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.3 with the issue key JVCLD-37425 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
