This article provides information regarding why the "Registered users" count can be higher than the "Total users" count in the User Adoption graph at the Community Manager Reports (CMR).

First, let us understand what each count means:

• Total Users: All users in Jive that have not been disabled.

• Registered Users: All users in Jive that have logged in at least once, including disabled users.

As it is possible for enabled users that have never logged in to exist in Jive, these will count towards "Total Users" but not towards "Registered Users"; but depending on how many disabled users Jive has, then the "Registered Users" can be higher, as it counts the disabled ones that have logged in at least once.
