Disabling Content Translation Service

Overview

You can disable the Content Translation Service so that you can manage your community's per-word translation costs.

This article provides the procedure for disabling content translation service.

Disabling the content translation service does not suspend your translation service license with Jive.

Process

To disable the Content Translation Service in your community:

1. Navigate to Admin Console > System > Settings > Content Translation Service.
2. Select Disabled.
3. Click Save.
