Can't Use The @mention For Mentioning Multiple Users In A Content Item

Overview

On Jive Hosted or On-premise instances, after using @mention to tag a user in the Rich Text Editor (RTE), you are not able to add a second @mention tag for another user under the following circumstances:

  1. In a Content item such as a Document, mention a specific user by using the @ followed by the first characters of the user and then selecting the user.
  2. Click on the space after the tag, this brings up the contextual menu.
  3. Hit Enter/Return key and try to tag another user using the @ followed by the first characters of the user.
  4. You don't see any users in the search results, and you cannot tag the second user.
