Overview

When a user tries to access a members-only Social Group that they don't have access to, they get either of these errors:

  • This is a private group.
  • Unauthorized
This place or content does not exist or access to it is restricted. If you think this is a mistake, please contact your administrator or the person who directed you here.

Note that the exact error message may use slightly different wording based on your Jive version and localization settings.
