Overview

A user receives a notification when another user marks a document as helpful though:

• The user is not following the document in any stream.
• The user is not following any of the other users marking the document as helpful.
• The customer is not following the Space or Group, where the document is contained.

This article provides instructions to fix this issue.

Process

Advise the user to follow the instructions provided below:

1. Follow the document in the Following and Inbox streams.
2. Unfollow the documents in both the streams.

Confirmation

The user no longer receives unsolicited notifications.
