Error: 'Unexpected error has occurred' When Attempting to Delete a Document from the Admin Console

Overview

The user gets an "Unexpected error has occurred" message when attempting to delete a document from the Admin Console > Space > Management > Document Management.

Solution

One of the causes for the above issue is that one of the document versions is corrupted, try deleting all document versions and delete the document again. If the issue persists please contact support.
