Overview

Users may encounter difficulties when trying to add a newly created Space to a dropdown menu on their Jive homepage. The problem is not with the creation of the Space itself, but with incorporating it into the existing site structure for easier navigation.

Solution

To include a newly created Space in the dropdown menu on the Jive homepage, follow these steps:

1. Access Themes by selecting the dropdown menu from the Avatar button.
2. Locate the dot sign under the menu where the items for addition are situated (i.e., in the dropdown).
3. A new menu will appear, displaying all Navigation Menu items.
4. Scroll down to Add and click on it.
5. Within the Add section, input the name of the Space and its corresponding URL.
6. Click on Save to incorporate the Space into the dropdown menu.
7. Finally, select Apply to finalize and publish the changes.

These modifications will take effect immediately on the homepage.
