Overview

You want to identify the containerID and the containerType of a place in Jive. These values may be needed for troubleshooting purposes (for example, they are needed for an investigation into why a group cannot be deleted).

Information

1. Browse to the group or space in your community as a user with system administration privileges.
2. Click on the Manage menu (or the Gear Icon for Jive Cloud customers), then on Settings:
