Overview

This article provides the resolution regarding an issue which occurs when ETL jobs fail. It has been observed that the issue occurs only when data is already populated on a customer's environment, and it is difficult to reproduce in labs.

Environment

Jive-n 9.0.3

Reproduction Steps

To reproduce the issue, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Navigate to the Admin Console on the Jive instance.
2. Navigate to System > Settings > Analytics > Data Load > Run ETL now
   
   
   
   
3. You will receive the following error:
   ETL fails with: 2018-03-09 02:42:48,576 [TaskEngineWorker-pool-1] [::] ERROR com.jivesoftware.community.analytics.etl.impl.ETLTaskExecutorImpl - Error executing tasks: ORA-00001: unique constraint (JIVERPT.JIVEDW_OS_STG_PK) violated

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in version 9.0.6 with fix id JVHOPST-284.
