Overview

This article describes the issue and its resolution, which occurs when Outlook emails from Jive show a blank page in the reading pane, although, the email is displayed fine if the Jive for Outlook Plugin is turned off.

Resolution

The issue is fixed in Office Plugin 30.7.64. You should upgrade to Jive for Office Plugin 30.7.64 or higher, as described in the article How to upgrade to the latest version of the Jive for Office / Jive for Outlook plug-in.
