Installer Information

Jive for Office / Jive for Outlook version 30.5.0+ uses 32-bit installers that have been tested compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10.

 

Application Information

Jive for Office / Jive for Outlook version 30.5.0+ contains 32-bit and 64-bit libraries to ensure full compatibility with 32-bit/64 bit versions of Windows and Microsoft Office.

If you are having any issues with 64-bit compatibility, please first upgrade to the latest version of Jive for Office or Jive for Outlook.
