Process
Follow the steps to update the Jive for Outlook client to the latest version:
- Check the prerequisite: The customer should have the Outlook Preinstalled on the system.
- Download the latest version of Jive for Outlook from Jive Software Community.
- Run the downloaded executable file and follow the onscreen instructions.
