When trying to upload the videos, the video upload screen is showing the Jive community's homepage in the place where you generally expect to see the Video's thumbnail. And options to publish the video do not work as well.
This can occur due to pending configuration changes after migration from Hyland (previously known as Perceptive and Twistage) to AWS video provider. Please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you as well.

This has occurred in the past due to incomplete migration to the new Video service. The incomplete migration for affected instances was missing the system property
jive.video.aws.enabled enabled on the instances and partial video migration for existing video libraries. Due to this, the videos were being routed to Hyland when they should go to AWS.
You will need to raise a JIRA issue with the SaaSOps to have the migration completed. Please refer to Using JIRA Projects for Jive Issues picking the correct JIRA project.
