Overview

When trying to view a Space page, the page turns unresponsive before eventually crashing completely. This prevents you from viewing the Space page or editing it. The behavior was observed when using Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox.

In this case, Google Chrome displays an error similar to the following:

Solution

This issue occurs due to the Advanced Poll Tile missing at least one poll in its configuration. You can execute the following steps as a workaround to resolve this issue:

1. Open the affected Space in Mozilla Firefox.
2. As the page loads, you will need to be quick to access the Edit page before the page turns unresponsive (~3-6 seconds).

   

3. Locate the Advanced Poll Tile, You will also see the message on the tile stating Please select at least one poll before saving the tile..

   

4. Back up any existing tile configuration if needed and remove the Advanced Poll Tile from the page.

5. Save the changes.

Testing

After applying the workaround, the Space page should load correctly. Note that you can add the Advanced Poll Tile again to the page with at least one poll configured if needed.
