Overview
You have noticed that the database download copies (database dumps) available for download through the Jive Cloud Admin tool for your Jive Hosted instance are not changing in size, and you suspect that they are outdated or that they are not getting updated with the latest information:

Please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can attach a screenshot of the page that you are downloading the database copies from.

This problem can occur after a hosted customer was migrated to a new instance. To resolve this,
- Try to regenerate the database dumps as per Creating a Data Dump for a Cloud or Hosted Instance.
- If the dumps are still not updated then raise a Jira ticket to the JVCLD project.
