Your Jive site has been suspended/is down due to your license expiring, and you are unable to re-apply the license file, as you are getting the message "License is invalid":
To expedite the resolution of this issue, please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you on which you can attach the below information:
- A screenshot of the Admin Console > System > License Information page.
- Screenshots of any errors you are encountering when using the community.
To resolve this issue, contact the account manager, account executive, or customer success manager of the customer's account. Inform them of the issue, and ask them to provide you with the customer's license ID and account name from Salesforce if they approve of a license extension for this customer.
If they provide approval, follow the steps in Handling a Special License Update Request.
Inform the customer that you have engaged account support to assist you with this case and provide them with regular updates.
