Overview

When viewing a document, video, blog post, or another content item that you or other users had confirmed was viewed multiple times, or after creating/publishing a new content item, the view count listed at the bottom left of the page appears as 0: 

Solution

This issue was identified as a defect and was resolved in Jive 9.0.7.1 and later versions. As per Jive policy, backports or hotfixes are not provided for older versions of Jive.

To resolve this issue, an upgrade to the latest version of Jive is necessary. Before performing an upgrade, please review this documentation: Preparing for an upgrade to 9.0.7.1 or later.
