This article explains how to correctly request a renewal quote for the next year.
Solution
The primary point of contact for your request is your Account Manager.
If you do not have an Account Manager assigned, or you don't know who your Account Manager is, you can reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Alternatively, feel free to contact renewals@aurea.com.
If you do not get any replies to your requests to the above email, please create a ticket in the Jive Support Portal.
