You may notice that your web browser has issues with the pages from your Jive community being inaccessible or not displaying the page contents correctly. You can have content rendering issues, specific parts of web pages not loading, tiles not functioning as expected, or other similar issues.
Check and update your web browser
Ensure that the web browser that you are using is one of the supported web browsers. Using an old or unsupported web browser may cause issues with the web pages.
Clear web browser cache
This step is especially helpful if the issue is with a specific user(s) and not widespread across the community. If this is the case, please ask the affected user(s) to clear cache and cookies from their web browsers and try reloading the web page.
If none of the above works
If you are still facing the issue, please contact us, so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS and a ticket is created, kindly include the following information on the support ticket to expedite your support experience:
- A detailed description of the problem along with screenshots where possible.
- Examples of affected user(s), space(s), and/or other product areas.
- Troubleshooting steps performed so far along with the outcomes.
- A HAR file of the affected web page(s).
Based on the investigation, Jive support may need to perform a restart of your Jive community if you have a Jive Cloud/Jive Hosted instance, or may ask you to perform the restart if you are running an on-premise instance.
