Overview
This article provides a general overview of the steps to follow when performing troubleshooting on issues related to user interface (UI) on Jive.

- Jive hosted/cloud
- AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Resolution
- Request/Capture HAR: Most browsers now include Developer Tools in their default installs that can give you detailed information regarding the time it takes for the requests to be rendered by the server and for requests to be downloaded by your browser. Additionally, these network requests include data sent and received by the browser. For more information, refer to Capturing HAR file in Mozilla Firefox.
- Review Browser Console JavaScript Errors: The JavaScript Console in your browser can provide helpful information if errors are happening in the browser, or if there are network issues.
- Verify the issue on alternative browsers. By doing this, you can confirm if the issue at hand is browser-specific or not.
