The comments section found at the bottom of posts is grayed out which renders it inaccessible.

This is most likely a cache issue.
The issue with the comments section not being accessible can be resolved by clearing the cache on the customer's side and/or on the customer's instance. For additional information on clearing caches, please refer to the following articles:
