After uploading a new banner image for a group or space, the new banner disappears after you refresh the page, and the old banner continues to appear.

Solution

This issue may be resolved by clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please check with your community manager to see if they are able to upload the new banner.

If the issue persists, please contact us with the new banner image attached and the address of the group or space where you are encountering this issue.
