Overview

Users are not able to see the comments beneath the article content, even if they are posted successfully. 

Diagnosis

Verify that this a server problem and affects everyone, regardless of the browser or Operating System they are using. Clearing the browser cache does not resolve the issue.

Solution

This may be due to server cache corruption.

1. Follow the steps in the following article to clear the application cache: How to Clear the Jive System or Application Cache
2. Since the browsers may keep a cached version of the HTML content, users may need to hard reload the article to see the changes (CTRL + F5).
