Overview

Most of the email notifications use, as a header, the following token: ${communityName}

E.g., If the community's name is MyJive, then the token would read ${MyJive}

For reference, the ${communityName} token is pulled from the name of the instance's root space and can be changed or updated. This article provides information on how to update the Community Name to be in line with our rebrand.

Process

1. Log in as an admin user.
   
   
2. Navigate to Admin Console > Spaces > Management > Summary.
   
   
3. Within the root space, click on the Edit button.
   
   
   
   
4. Change the root space's name in line with the rebranding.

Confirmation

The ${communityName} token is now replaced by the new root space's name.
