Sharing Content with a User Generates No Notification by Email or in Jive Inbox

Overview

You have shared a document with another user, but the other user did not get a notification in their email or in their Jive Inbox.

  • You are sharing by opening a document,  clicking “Share”, and entering the name of the user to share with.

  • Also, your News Streams are not showing the latest content/blog entries
  • All users are affected

 

Solution

This is likely an issue with the search backend of Jive. Please contact us so that ATLAS can assist you. If you are not satisfied with the solution provided by ATLAS, then it will create a ticket for you.
