Overview

There are instances wherein it becomes impossible to install Jive Anywhere from apps and the customer gets the following error message:

CRX_HEADER_INVALID

Environment

Jive Interactive Intranet- Desktop Integration.

Resolution

Install the extension directly from Chrome, by following the steps:

1. Type in Google search field Jive Anywhere.
2. Open the first link and click Add to Chrome.
