Overview

When trying to view an embedded video in a Blog Post in full-screen by clicking the full-screen button, the video doesn't switch to full-screen. While at the same time, the other videos uploaded in the Jive community work in full-screen as expected.

Solution

This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.8 with the issue key JVCLD-122912 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.

Testing

After the upgrade, the embedded videos in the Blog Posts should play in full-screen as expected.
