Overview

You notice that in Internet Explorer 11, after uploading captions in a language, the selected language still shows in subsequent selections for caption uploads. This behavior isn't observed while using other web browsers. Steps to replicate:

• Upload a new video or edit any uploaded video.
• In the Captions section, upload a Caption file and select the caption language (English for this example).
• Add a second Caption file and click on Languages.
• You will see the originally selected language again in the options (English for this example), when it should be excluded from the list since it has already been uploaded.

This issue was identified as a bug and resolved in Jive Cloud release 3006.7 with the issue key JVCLD-92485 (release notes on Worx). While the Cloud upgrades are automatically deployed, if you haven't yet been upgraded or have chosen to stay on an earlier version and now would like to upgrade, please get in touch with your Account Manager/Executive to arrange for the upgrade.
